My own! Although I'd suggest that Behavioural Safety is more than just an on-site session. Have a look at http://sa-fe.org/. They offer a course which may suit you, and be able to offer advice on how to implement the facets of Behavioural Safety into your workplace. If you need any more info please do contact me.

EH Ryder Marsh are 'heavyweight', experienced trainers in behavioural safety; Tim Marsh, a chartered psychologist as well as a chartered safety and heatlh practitioner, is the MD; he writes from time to time in SHP and this offers you an indication of his style and scholarship. Since your question suggests that you may be a newcomer to 'behavioural safety', it's well to recognise that this is only one of many effective approaches to motivating management (especially) and employees about safe behaviour and environments at work. In that sense, 'B S' is about a bit more than basis legal compliance and pays off in terms of consistency of quality and work performance as well as safety. In practice, any of the several chartered safety and heatlh practitioner who are also chartered psychologists is likely to be able to provide you with a range of options to suit your organisation's needs and a budget that is at least above the minimum threshold for legal compliance. You can trace them through the registers of the British Psychological Society, and possibly the Health Professions Council, as well as the IOSH

EH - for an independent view and a possible starter the HSE have behavioural specialists in their 'Human Factors and Ergonomics' team. Although they won't be able to reccomend trainers you will get some good ideas from them and they're free!

Agree with KieranD above regarding Tim Marsh he is excellent. I have used a number of different trainers over the years when introducing behavioural safety, and have now used him twice in different companies and he is excellent. The reason i like him so much is that he can change audience style to suit craftsman level equally as well as to Senior Leadership team. Also in terms of professional approach he is the best. However, as one of the other posts suggests this is just the start of the journey and to introduce BH training and then evolve the principals to become an habitual way of working takes along time.
