I am going to China in the near future to audit a distribution warehouse and check / make sure that a guillotine machine complies with INDG282 - Safety at power-operated paper cutting guillotines.
I have browsed the internet to see if there is any specific OSH laws in China, all i can find is:-
C155 Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 1981 Ratified by China on 25:01:2007
Does anyone else know of any other OSH laws in China, preferably in English!
Regards
Paul

Paul Health and safety in China is not treated with the same regard as it is in the UK. I recall something like 14000 + work place deaths per annum. However, if anyone is found guilty of causing a work place death they are usually executed (that would focus a few directors in theis country!). It would be interesting to see how you get on with this Regards Mark
