Did I imagine it or has the need to display the certificate been removed? I appreciate that the insurance still has to be in place.

It's a bit simplistic to say that the need to display the certifictae has been removed.

You don't have to display the certificate IF ALL EMPLOYEES HAVE ACCESS TO THE ELECTRONIC VERSION.

In my experience that is very rarely the case.
