I've tried the International Links and FAQs areas of the website but can't find what I am looking for, so hope that someone can point me in the right direction. I need to find out what the legislation is in the Middle East, specifically Amman, Dubai and Ryhad.

Thank you - I'll be most grateful for any help.

I think this covers Jordan and hopefully therefore Amman, click on Labor legislation, then either labor law or regulations

should do you for Riyadh, being the Saudi Arabia bit

Thanks so much, Martin. I'd found the Riyadh one but unfortunately it's all in Arabic! You have been extremely helpful, however, and I'm now in a much better position to find out what a short job in these places might involve.........
