Look to the F gass regulations; Ozone Depleting Substances (Qualifications) Regulations 2009
SI 216; Fluorinated Greenhouse Gas Regulations 2009 SI 261 (F- Gases); Regulations of the European Parliament and the Council on certain Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases EC 842/2006 (F- Gases & ODS); EU Regulation on ozone depleting substances 1005/2009; The Environmental Protection (Controls on Ozone-Depleting Substances) Regulations SI 582/2002 & The Environmental Protection (Controls on Ozone-Depleting Substances) (Amendment) Regulations SI 91/2008.
A waste carriers license is req'd where spent gas is carried from th E.A. Hope this all helps.
