Good afternoon all, Does anyone have any experience in collating information relating to slow accidents .i.e types of risk that could harm health such as exposure to hazardous substances, noise and vibration etc. I am interested in developing a procedure to record these type of incidents to identify weakness's in exposure controls and how best to introduce within the workplace. We have a near miss / hazard alert procedure for reporting incidents that may have resulted in damage or loss. Any advice would be most welcome. Regards, Martb

Martb, I'd advise against developing another procedure. I'm sure the one you already have will be good enough to capture this stuff, so long as staff get the right training/info.
