Hi all,

Does anybody have a generic style FLT risk assessment I could utilise? As most of the associated risks and controls are quite similar before I complete one from 'scratch' i'm wondering if anybody has something that I could tweak to fit our organisation. Any help appreciated.

Watchy.

Hi,
Depends upon what you are doing, type of FLT etc etc you might find the following sites useful:

http://www.fork-truck.org.uk/fact-sheets

Also remember it may be necessary to do a site specific RA. Dependant on the number of sites or the size of the site and there are major differances within the site.
