I will soon be looking for H&S positions in NZ. Looking for advice from someone who is already there:

How do you get your UK forces pension paid? Am I correct that it is frozen at the time you leave UK? Is there any way around this - like returning to the UK periodically or keeping a UK address going?

What's the best way to approach job hunting- through agencies or direct with employers?
