I work for a national Health and Social Care charity, although we are not primary or secondary care we do practice medicine rather than simply care, so here's what we worry about:

Legionella
Scalding
Falls from bed & bed-rail safety
Manual Handling
Oxygen and other medical gases
Infection control
Equipment maintenance (including hoists of course)
Sharps
Slips, trips and falls (extremely complicated when you factor in skeletal disease, frailty and a general right to move about)
Radiators
Window restrictors
Fire (especially evacuation)
Smoking (our service users can smoke on the premises)

And then all the usual H&S stuff you would imagine in a busy workplace; such as Working from Height, Electrical safety, control of contractors and so on,
