I see that the MRL Party are planning to ban self responsibility for everyone... What a wonderful Idea! Think of all the rulles and regulations we could bring in... :-) "To mark this day The Official Monster Raving Loony Party is lauching our Manicfesto. Well thought out, Diverse and free from the knee jerk policies of the other parties we are confident that this manicfesto will stir the great British public to vote for us. 1. Health & Safety: We propose to ban Self Responsibilty on the grounds that it may be dangerous to your health." The full Manicfesto can be found at http://www.loonyparty.com/ A

But if one is an anarchic party each individual must make their own decision for themselves - sic the MRL ceases to exist as it wishes obviously to abolish the foundation of its belief system

Ok then, perhaps I will give it a go...
Most slips in the home happen in the bath/shower (anecdotal) so my big idea is to introduce a rule to limit the number of times people are allowed to use the bath/shower to 55 times p.a.
That is one per week with three additional times for birthday, partner's birthday and anniversary.
By reducing the frequency from (say) 365 to 55 per year, the number of slip incidents should be greatly reduced. :-)
I also propose that individuals should be allocated 'appropriate days' for their bath/shower, based on the initial of their surname. For example, A, B & C on Monday, D, E & F on Tuesday, etc.
This would spread any incidents accross the week and thereby relieve pressure on Hospital A&Es on the weekends, when such incidents might otherwise peak.
It was Friday, remember...

If you share a bath with a friend does that count as half a bath ?

Yes Chris - and the more the merrier.... :-)
And of course, work related showers are exempt because the employer has to provide all the safeguards.
It is only home baths and showers that would be subject to the new regulation...
