Dear All Forum Members. I am 34 years old; London/Hertfordshire based; an affiliate but soon to be Tech IOSH member in June 2010. I passed my IOSH (Level 3) Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (TUC) in July 2009. I have IOSH Certificates in Risk Management, General Risk Assessment, Display Screen Assessment, Manual Handling and Accident and Investigation (Human Applications). I organise Health and Safety Training Courses for London and the South East Regions (Risk Assessment, Facilities Management, Fire Incident Control, Fire Warden, DSE, Accident and Investigation and Manual Handling). I record and Investigate Accident and Incident Reports. I assist with Health and Safety Audits; I undertake assigned H&S Risk and DSE Assessments and Take minutes for Health and Safety Committee Meetings while complying and keeping up to date with all Health and Safety Legislation. I assist the Regional Fire Officer with Evacuation Chair and Fire Incident Control Training and assist the Regional Security Manager on the Business Continuity Plan for my building. I am seeking new employment in Central London or Hertfordshire and would be looking for a permanent position. I have over four years Health and Safety experience in a support and supervisory role and also experience in Facility, Enforcement and Entertainment industries. I would like to work for an employer that is willing to pay me a competitive salary, support my further career studies in Health and Safety and be willing to help me towards my CPD. I live in Cheshunt (Herts) but work in Central London and I do hold a clean driving licence. I would be eternally grateful if someone out there could help me in my mission to progress in my Health and Safety career. Kindest regards Michael Warby
