I am looking for a good quality, legal DVD which shows a fire disaster in detail that I can show at training sessions I would like it to be quite graphic without showing to much detail, has anybody any info on where to purchase such a thing. All I can find is youtube stuff which I dont really want to use.
Thanks

Are you looking for DVDs on actual fire disasters or general fire training DVDs? Im not sure about proper DVDs on actual fire disasters, but during my diploma studies we were shown this footage on the Station Nightclub fire which had tragic consequences. You tube has extensive footage from the start...very sad when you think about how many people died.

The Station nightclub fire occurred beginning at 11:07 PM EST, on Thursday, February 20, 2003, at The Station, a glam metal and rock n roll themed nightclub located in West Warwick, Rhode Island, United States; it is considered to be the fourth deadliest nightclub fire in American history, killing 100 people, four of whom died after being admitted to local hospitals. The fire was caused when pyrotechnic sparks, set off by the tour manager of the evening's headlining band, Great White, ignited flammable sound insulation foam in the walls and ceilings around the stage, creating a flash fire that engulfed the club in 5½ minutes.
Some 230 people were injured and another 132 escaped uninjured. Video footage of the fire depicts its initial growth and the exit blockage which hindered evacuation.

Try "Anatomy of a Fire" from the BRE Bookshop. Good quality and shows the multifaceted causes of fire and spread. Investigation into the Stardust fire in Dublin. A bit of a plug for the BRE investigation team but good nonetheless (and cheap as well).

If you contact West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service Visual Services department 01274 655843, and enquire about their Fire The Facts dvd. This is actual footage from several fires and in particular the aftermath, very well compiled, originally created for the students in digs. I do use this in some training sessions. It always has a massive impact on del;egates
