CDM 2007 has recently undergone a few minor changes and reprinted this week 2010, does anyone know what the changes consist of ? I have checked on the HSE site but to no avail, the new version is there to be downloaded but without reading it word for word against the older version I dont know how you are meant to find out.
Thanks in anticipation

Like you I've not had a chance read the ACOP in depth yet - the Editors note at the front points to a change to Paragraph 18 re submission of the F10 forms, which I assume must be the major change.

Looking at the editor's note in the front page and comparing old to new, the changes seem to take into account that you can now notify electronically

Sorry if it's really obvious but where is the downloadable new version of the CDM 2007 ACOP on the HSE website?
The online F10 service has been temporarily removed from the HSE website with teh following words:
Please note: The electronic interactive F10 Notification of construction project form will not be available from Wednesday 5 May 2010 to Tuesday 11 May 2010 inclusive as the HSE forms infrastructure is being upgraded. The manual input version will continue to be available.
Maybe this links in with the revisions noted in the ACOP?

Hi all,
For the life of me, I cannot find any reference to the 'amended' CDM Regs (2007) anywhere!
mjhw, CW1969 - please enlighten me / provide a link.
Many thanks in anticipation.

SP900308 that have been no amendments to the CDM 2007 regulations, there has been an addition to the guidance issued in the ACOP para 18 notifications can also be done on line...hence reprint 2010..
keep smiling :)
