Can anyone help me with getting a start into health and safety, as I have now sent around 250 applications for various posts to no avail. I am just about to finish my BSc in H&S, and have various other safety related qualifications, as well as being an offshore safety rep for over 7 years. Although every reply I get it states I do not have enough experience even though I have worked on COMAH sites onshore and offshore for over 20 years and been involved in many risk assessment, permit audits etc. I did have one offer over 2 years ago but at the time I had just been injured in an industrial accident offshore and was unable to accept my only chance so far of a career change towards H&S. So if anyone can help please dont hesitate to contact me.
