I work on a large site with approximately 10 seperate buildings, each of which has its own first aiders. One of the more recently qualified first aiders mentioned that on his training course they recommended the setting up of a first aider forum, designed to allow first aiders to meet and discuss first aid related issues (I guess).

My question is, does anyone operate any kind of first aid forum at the moment, and if so what kind of things are discussed. Whilst I am not adverse to the idea, I am not keen on setting up a forum for the sake of it.

If the forum goes ahead, I would like to be able to provide an outline agenda for them to follow. Any advice would be welcome.
