Good Morning Learned Friends :)

I am currently working on a project/report where i am looking for case law on L8, Fire, Competency of contractors & Asbestos related issues.

I am basically looking for the most high profile/costly to a company so if anyone could point me in the right direction i would be most appreciative as i am working on this right now.

Not sure where to start because in terms of case law the topics are not necessarily related. Presumably you have checked the HSE prosecution data base? You might like to check out http://www.bailii.org/ for cases. The search engine is a bit tricky at first.

http://www.hastam.co.uk/...ntries-searchresults.php gives a good list for legionella/L8. Change the search parameter and scan down the lists for results, should save you a lot of time.
