It's my First post
Have worked in Construction for over twenty five years, and been with my present employer for nineteen.
I am employed as a heavy plant operator (Digger Driver) Have N.E.B.O.S.H gen,and CSCS Building site manager card, five day SMTS.
But my employer wont or cant help in my Development.
What advice would you give should i stay in a safe (ish) job but not given any incouragement,
or leave and try and get on that first run.
Any advice would be very welcome

If you are willing to work in the middle east I may suggest that you try recruitment agencies in Qatar, KSA or Abu Dhabi as your experience can be very valuable in the construction and/or plant safety.
