Hi all, does anybody have any Event Tree Analysis diagrams they could send me that are relevant to the construction industry ie dumpers, scaffolding etc. Thanks kindly in advance.

Just curious why you want event trees for construction site dump trucks and scaffolds etc? Event trees are usually used in the process industry and nuclear sectors. Although they can be used elsewhere, fire safety/gas detection. Explain how you intend to use them and might be able to help some more.
