Hi, I have been passed some information by our accounts department, I'm not sure if it is part of Health and Safety or not. Basically it is a right for time of to undertake training that is coming into effect april 2011, does anyone know what the legislation is??? Many thanks Will

A good employer really should not stop any employee from making continuous improvements. Both parties are going to benefit long term. So long as the request for training falls in line with the business needs.

right to request...does not mean right to get it. I think this new thing doesn't really bring anything new.
