A Cargo vessel has sustained a boiler explotion has to be repaired. I am in a process of preparing a qualitative risk assessement for this operation. Initially we have to remove all debris, its a total mess. Do some one have any prior experience in such operations. Is there any hidden risks available in carring out hots works? I shall keep updating the progress in this operation. Jesu
