I'm preparing a presentation about the importance of doing risk assessments prior to doing these work- organised events eg cutting down trees, painting schools, clearing out ponds etc etc.

It would be useful to have any relevant case law or stories of accidents happening at such an events - without mentioning company names etc of course.

We are fortunate, or lucky!, not to have experienced any ourselves.

Can anyone help please?
