I am wondering who reports an incident under RIDDOR if an employee is injured at a clients site. Is it the employer of the injured person or the employer whose site the injury occurred on. Or indeed both ( which seems pointless) Thanks

RIDDOR Reg 2 Intrpretation "Responsible person" has the info and Reg 3 further explanation The Employer is the "Responsible person" and obliged to report Google: L73 Guide to RIDDOR
