One word that should not be on the above post; enjoy. Aside from that the e-book looks well informed and presented and I will download it all to read at my leisure

Bleve - the Stardust link doesn't seem to work?

One I only became aware of recently was the Station Nightclub fire in 2003 and the US. For anyone with acces to YouTube there is an astonishing and very sobering video taken by someone who was inside the club when the fire started and which graphically shows how fast the smoke spread and how hard it was to get out. Not for the faint-hearted...
