Dear all

I am currently looking at how our current Work-related Strees RA form can be improved. If anyone could share some blank egs of what has worked well in their organisations, I would be grateful.

We are using the HSE management standards as a framework.

Many thanks

Why not use the HSE questionaire too? I am not sure that an RA can be used to assess something as intangible as stress

SAS,

For a detailed RA delopment tool use the HSE "6 point Stress Management Standards": Demands, Control, Support, Relationships, Role, Change, which seems to cover most risks.

Covers issues about training, or lack of, work overload, lack of consultation in work planning, over-promotion in job, dealing with conflict, relationship with supervisor, harrassment, unclear roles, poor communication, career uncertainty.....
