Hi all,
I was just wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of some case studies, or other relevant information, pertaining to the use of LEAN & similar methodologies to facilitate an improvement in workplace safety? It is an area that interests me greatly but there doesn't seem to be much around the net about it and I'm trying to decide if it's worthwhile investing in some training in this area...
Anything would be much appreciated :)

LEAN is derived from 5S, Kaizan and all that Toyota stuff - or F W Taylor's Scientific Management of 100 years ago if you prefer. Anyway, Behavioural Safety is borne out of the same route so that will be a good place to start, plenty of that on the internet.
