Can anyone help? brain has died..... What is the min/max fine under the RR(FS)O 2005 ? Many Thanks

Wotcha mate 'The maximum penalty for an offence under the order is a £5,000 fine in a Magistrates’ Court, or an unlimited fine in a Crown Court and/or imprisonment for up to two years.' Info from half way into http://www.iosh.co.uk/ne..._case_law_fire_risk.aspx Cheers Martin

Note also that it's common for cases to involve the breach of more than one of the Articles of the Order and the maximum fine is per breach not total. Some interesting examples here http://www.firerisk.net/html/samples.html
