I am looking for templates to use for monthly reporting of SHEQ from multi site units, a regional summary and orgainisation summary to be communicated back down. Does anyone have any good examples they could let me get my hands on to carve up and create my own? I need something that is easy to read and not too time consuming in putting together. Thanks Linda
