I am trying to figure out what qualifacation that you need to work in the U.K?
I have applied to at least 100 hundred adverts but have recieved no reply from any company.I have 5 years of experience working as a safety advisor here in Ireland and I hold a Diploma in Health and safety from a recognised university.I am also a grad member of IOSH. Please advise .

If you are Grad IOSH and on route to CMIOSH, then that should be more than sufficient for gaining some work within the UK!
Unfortunately it is still a tough market at the moment.

The jobs market in UK is not vibrant. I was made redundant earlier this year and have found that employers are presenting very specific "wish lists" which they do not appear to want to alter.
My advise is look carefully at the advert and emphasise the parts of your experience that best suit the advert, using language used in the advert.
