Is it me or is anyone else finding they have to log in to view the forums this week? If I follow the link on the top right corner of the home page I get a "Forums down for maintenance" message, whereas if i log in and follow the link half way down the page on the right I get in without a problem..... It's just a pain trying to have a quick look at the forum if I have to log in, that's all Bemused Jim (Maybe it's my 'puter, I always said they were a flash in the pan and we'd all go back to pen & paper in the end)

There was an extended period earlier this week (Tuesday??) when the site was 'down for maintenance', and this has happened before. I have not experienced your problem. Slate and chalk for me.

Had this problem twice this week, I reported it to the web team on Tuesday and was informed that problems had been experienced and it was being looked into…
