I have put together an Excel spreadsheet so that all premises risk assessments can be done in one go and then collated by,area,item,company ref.,issue,hazard,,risk rating and costs etc.etc.. You can then print this off as a report to be actioned etc... This item is free to all members. It has been produced by me and there are no copyright issues involved.
