I am required to provide input on HSE costs for a new construction project. Does anyone of you have any template with calculations that I can use to propose a HSE budget for the project. It would include the staff overheads and all risk control systems (trainings, audits, inspections, drills etc) as well as reward programs. Any help? Regards, Prads

Are people asking for costs above and beyond those already covered by the tender - bid particulars? You need to ptrovide more info as for example day to day staff overheads should be covered in your base costings

Bob, the cost is required as an input for the bid proposal. We were not costing HSE related expenses properly. Staff overheads need to be included under HSE budget. Is there any template with different typical overheads related to HSE. The project includes construction of towers and utility rooms.
