In December registration for all existing NVQ’s (all subjects & levels) will be changed so that they meet the requirements of the QCF. I understand that Scotland is not moving to the QCF and therefore SVQ’s are not changing. Has anyone seen the QCF versions of the current Levels 3, 4 & 5 Awards in the new format? I say current levels because these could well be different under the new regime. I have already been to City & Guilds, OCR, EDExcel and many others as well as Sector Skills QCDA and other web sites. If anyone can provide me with a link to any Awarding body where the new Standards are available I would really appreciate it.

dsb, I have heard that NEBOSH are thinking about not moving to the QCF, but registering with the SVQ instead. Something to do with the QCF requirement to acknowledge un-related prior learning for the higher level awards. Therefore, the current NEBOSH level structure will remain intact (L2,3 & 6). Tony.
