I am the EHS Team Leader of a large manufacturing site with many visitors and contractors arriving on a daily bases. We have a strict induction system but to ensure this is complied with out of hours I would like to implement an induction where people would sit watching a film, answer questions on it and ideally get a printed out site pass. In addition I would like to link this with security so that they know who to let on site. I would like this system to be computer based, does anyone out there use such a system and if so could you please pass on the information to me?
