I would like to conduct a manual handling audit and was wondering if anyone new of the best proforma to use? If anyone would like to share one that would be great.

Agree we might need a bit more info to solve this one. I have no idea what level of reply you are looking for... I just googled 'manual handling audit' and there were a few audits right at the top. Are you trying to ensure compliance or find high risk tasks that require further RA? (the hse does have some bits and bob if you search as well) if looking to screen tasks and not compliance I always the use the guidance at the back of the HSE ACOP http://books.hse.gov.uk/...alogueCode=9780717628230 and then MAC charts to screen tasks (I might at this point duck and let the arguments about MAC commence :) ) I hope i haven't missed the point... oh well.
