How frequent biological monitoring has to be undertaken, is there a monitoring schedule for various types of substances and where can I find the rfrequency table. Thanks

No simple answer. You should monitor only when exposures are likely to be near the acceptable limit, and if there is a reliable test method. Lots of biological monitoring that goes on is pretty much money wasted, because one or both of these conditions isn't satisfied.
Take advice from a suitably qualified OH physician (MFOM as a minimum), or possibly Industrial Hygienist, re the hazardous substances you are concerned about.
