Can someone share any template/ tools that I can use to carryout a gap analysis of H&S Management systems (modeled either on HSG 65 ot OSHAS 18001)? Regards, Prads

Take either "standard", then list all the requirements in them (I use a spreadsheet) in one column. Next column list the current status, what you have in place such as docs and procs etc. Third column, what gaps are present v the standard. Fourth column, actions required. I could tell you more but hey you have to take it from here.
