Whilst compiling an inventory of L.E., I came across two indlatable cushion-type bath lifts, used as training aids by the Health and Nursing Services Department at our University. I can't decide whether these should realistically be treated as L.E. and LOLER applied, or simply treat them as another piece of work equipment. At present, LOLER is not applied to these. What does anyone else think?

Well, if it's any help, my capacity as an LA enforcement officer, I would not expect to see LOLER docs for these. I would, however, expect them to be maintained properly.
