Hi everyone, Bit of a strange one. I have been asked to research into the servicing of these toilets while they are electrical and some specs of the toilet have a lifting mechanism. Have any of you come across these before?

I have come across them (though not the ones with a lifting mechanism), where I've seen them they are just treated (for electrical purposes) as part of the installation. Maybe they need some other sort of intervention, check the manufacturer/supplier information, that's where I'd start, John

I have come across them once, in holiday accommodation for disabled persons. The ones I saw are height adjustable and they also use hot water - which made me wonder both about maintenance and legionella risk. As far as I remember, in that property they were being maintained by the installer, so maybe best to go back to the installer and ask them?
