Do wooden joiners trestles need to be proof loaded? Hope you guys can help me with this one. Thanks

I've never heard of trestles been proof load tested but i would have thought some form of visual inspection would be required before use or manufacturers may give weight limits on them. what specific trestles are you talking about as there are lots of different types for different uses. phil
