Rank: Super forum user		Rope access workers really need to be formally trained - the usual courses are run by IRATA. They also publish equipment checklists on their website - you could use those as a basis for a toolbox talk to trained operatives.

Rank: Forum user		To complete roped access work you must be highly trained. A simple toolbox talk cannot even scratch the surface. Do you mean a refresher toolbox talk for already qualified industrial climbers??
