Great news Chris,
can't see the GENT ad though, wasn't a member then.
I'm just happy to see that Ireland is in same ball park as the UK.

I have no knowledge of Irish FS law, but an identical situation in England and Wales could easily be dealt with with out the use of an injunction.
The fire service can issue a prohibition notice under article 31 of the RR(FS)O 2005 without any need for a court or magistrate to be involved
The effect of the prohibition notice would be to (as the name suggests) prohibit any person (whether employee or otherwise) from any place until the defects had been remedied. Ignoring a prohibition notice is a serious offence and can lead to imprisonment.
I am curious. Isn't anything like his available to Irish authorities??
