As I cannot find how to do a search on the site for previous posts on this subject, can anyone tell me how long a Fork Lift Truck Licence lasts for and how often does the individual need refresher training ????

It grates my bones when such things are referred to as 'Licences', there is no such thing. it a certificate or training or a competency card. The competency was proved on the day it was assessed. If the operators are still demonstrating competence then there's no issues. Its is good practice to have such competence assessed are reasonable periods, say every 5 years typically...
