I am currently looking for any type of Health and Safety position in the South East of England. I am willing to travel and relocate for the right position. I am a graduate in Bsc (Hons) Safety, Health and Environmental management course, run by the Vice President of IOSH. I also hold my NEBOSH general and am soon to take my CIEH train the trainer course. I have worked as a health and safety manager within the construction industry for 5 years. As part of my many health and safety managerial functions I have worked with my colleagues in winning new contracts for my organisation, which has led to company growth. I was previously employed by the same organisation as a quantity surveyor where my duties would include tendering off large site plans, creating budgets and forecast, producing final accounts etc. My role at present mainly consists of producing risk assessments/method statements, audits and inspections, maintaining compliance with CHAS and the CDM regulations, producing safe systems of work and ensuring they are being followed, investigating accidents and producing reports and ensuring a good overall health and safety culture, along with various other duties. I am looking for a new challenge in any sector and am sure with my willingness to succeed, I will prove to be a valuable long term asset to any organisation.
