I'm looking for a supplier of hard wearing labels that can be used on small slings, shackles and eyebolts that are used applying small loads in test situations but are not to be used for lifting operations. Any suggestions?

I'm not 100% sure what you are looking for. A couple of companies I use for labels (they do all sorts so might have something to suit you) are The Label People and Limpet Labels. http://cart.thelabelpeople.com/index.php?p=home http://www.limpetlabels.co.uk/ Give them a call to see if they have what you need.
