Good Morning, could any forum members recommend an off the shelf reporting system; to record data gathered across 8 sites. which will also generate graphs etc. possibly also auto calculating accident rates and other useful data. Or does anyone have an excel program that does all of this that they would be willing to share? thank you in advance for your assistance.
