How do I keep up to date with legislation for countries like Belgium and Denmark? Is there a website I can use? I am mainly interested in windfarm and offshore legislation. Thanks in advance

Check with the Belgian and Danish parliamentary websites. These are the links for Belgian Safety organisations from the HSE Website: http://www.hse.gov.uk/org/belgium.htm These is the link for the Danish Safety organisation from the HSE Website http://www.hse.gov.uk/org/denmark.htm I trust that these will be of assistance to you.
