Can anyone direct me to a website whereby I can get information on the new/proposed register for Chartered Safety Practitioners.

There's nothing available yet, as HSE plan to announce it in response to Lord Young's report, which keeps being delayed, due to births, deaths and Party Conferences. Those of us who attended IOSH Council were given some initial information, but not for sharing yet! Very frustrating, but the news item on this website gives at least as much info as anywhere else.

Bit of a cheap shot that wasn't it - births, deaths, etc. Is it not possible to discuss, comment or opinionate without remarks of a personal nature - regardless of who they're at.

Walker, At the moment the proposed register being developed by HSE is only going to be for Safety Consultants, not all Practitioners and it is to be voluntary not a statutory registration scheme. Hazel Harvey Professional Affairs Director.
