Are there any colleagues out there who wouldn't mind giving me a little guidance on internal auditing if I were to PM them? And could anyone recommend a suitable course and provider for H and S auditing? Many thanks

Dave, I presume you have looked in SHP for providers? Lloyds Register of Quality Assurance, BSI, BV also provide auditing courses so you could find out more on their websites. I did my quality auditing courses with LRQA many years ago. If you PM me I will try to help further but I would need more information about what you want to audit. Take Care

18001 lead or internal auditor courses are both helpfull, I did mine through BSI.

Hi, You could try the Certified Safety Programme Auditor Course run by ACT..... Very good and shows you how to develop your own audit in a scalable and relevant way, Jim
