Hi, Im holding a "day of safety" for the senoir management team of my organisation. The objective of the day is to get them to recognise their behaviour in the workplace (both +ve and -ve) and then do a bit of a behavior modification with them. Has anyone got any examples where a manager or supervisor has been prosecuted? I want to show them that there can be a negative consequences to the decisons that they make!

Go to the Prosecutions database on the HSE website Choose "Breaches" Choose "case summaries" Enter "section 37" Hit Go and several pages will be found - Click on case details for more info
