HI all does anyone know of any recent cases where a supervisor etc has been prosecuted under S36?. I'm doing a presentation for our middle management/supervisors so wan to try and make it relevant to them cheers

See my reply to "Day of Safety" and enter Section 36 instead of 37 There are not many cases. Only 6 in the last 5 years and 4 of these are the same chap - a gas fitter Try the over 5 years category as well Roly
